Based in Mendon, NY SPS, Inc. is a diversified property and facilities management company. We have served industrial and commercial customers in Upstate New York for more than 22 years. Our industrial and commercial customers comprise over 3 million square feet of building space, including over 250 acres of roadway and surface parking.
